Guidance Needed: Buying Real Estate in North Carolina??? - north carolina real estate appraisal

I am thinking seriously about to purchase a property in North Carolina.

I would buy it directly from the current owner - not a broker or through the MLS.

This is the first property purchase without a broker.

Should I already have (the means to my end, and I'm ready for the supervision and evaluation of assets to pay both occur within a few days).

I also saw the construction of a couple of times and personally visited, so I know what I''m running and the cost of repair / update my "needs".

All that remains is in agreement with the current owner of the final sale price ...

(Not currently live, and never have lived) in North Carolina, so I need some advice ...
