DIABETES!!! tested negative! had just one test. should I go for another? - online diabetes test

I am a woman 22 years old. Im not overweight. I really do not exercise as much as I do, but I'm working on my feet. I had a bit of muscle pain and muscle knots random shooting and the body a little more than a year. and foot pain because I flat feet.

I'm always thirsty and I drink lots of water. I probably drink more than 6 or 7 bottles of 16 liters of water per day, but still. I am always thirsty and urinating a lot.

Last summer I had an ear infection, do not go to a stranger. So my doctor sent me to get tested for diabetes. the only evidence he had was the assessment of fasting glucose. The results were good. Diabetes is not recognized

however. I'm here. one years later and still feel thirsty all the time. Ive been thirsty all the time in the year. I drink a bottle of water and still thirsty after ritual. My mouth dries very quickly and always need water. sometimets patient begins to feel bad if I do not drink more than water.

However, I read that the online testing of fasting blood sugar is not always the best way to detect diabetes. and take a test for glucose tolerance, and easier to see. The only concern that I diabetes, including fasting test were negative Tho and really want to take the glucose tolerance test, just to sure. my doctor should be based on the test? or if I should go to an endocrinologist?
